About the Virtual Help Desk The Virtual Help Desk puts you in touch with a team corrections specialists that have full access to the NIC Library and many other resources. The Help Desk allows you to ask questions, access resources recommended by the specialists and request specific materials from the Library. About the Information Center The NIC Information Center is host to the Kutak Memorial Library. This library contains over 20,000 corrections resources which are used by corrections specialists to provide you with research assistance. What do I do if this form doesn't let me register?
